Sleeps 6 comfortably with space for more on the couches and floor (blow up mattress available)! 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. This is a private basement apt and we live upstairs. We do have a 7 year-old and a 4 year-old so you may hear them running around during the day but their playroom and bedroom are on the 2nd floor so nighttimes are always quiet.
